• REFUNDS - Please choose carefully and ask all questions prior to purchase as refunds/returns will only be offered on a case-by-case basis less postage costs.

• POSTAGE/SHIPPING - these fees are kept to a minimum and any amount quoted above the actual cost will be refunded. Please contact me for INTERNATIONAL shipping rates prior to purchase. 

• WORKSHOPS - 2wks notice to withdraw from a class is required to receive a refund or you can transfer the booking to another class in the same Term, if there is a spot available.
